Changing the password


Access to IQnext is controlled by the login id and password you used during the registration. In case you wish to change the password for security reasons.


  1. Log in to IQnext with your credentials. (Note: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password using password recovery) 

  2. Go to Settings on the left panel of the platform.

  3. Then proceed to Profile > Password.


  1. Type in your old password and then enter a new password.


NOTE: 
Password should have a minimum of 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number.


  1. Finally, click Save Changes.
