Access to IQnext is controlled by the login id and password you used during the registration. In case you wish to change the password for security reasons.

To configure your password/ change your password:

• Log in to IQnext with your credentials. (Note: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password using password recovery) 

• Go to Settings > General Settings > Profile > Password

Configuring your Password - First Time:

• Login through SSO

• If you have not set any password on IQnext platform (SSO login), then you can click on Set Password option and save your password

Changing Password

• Log in to IQnext with your credentials.

• Type in your old password and then enter a new password.

• Finally, click Save.

Forgot Password

• If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password using the password recovery option available in the login page of IQnext platform.

• A password recovery link will be sent to your email, using which you can reset your password

NOTE: Password should have a minimum of 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number.
