Assets: How to Keep Track of your Warranty?

For keeping track of Asset warranty, you need to add date of purchase and warranty period when adding the asset to the IQnext platform.


Once the details have been added, follow these steps:
For Individual asset:
  1. Access the assets page.

  2. In the asset list view, locate and select the specific asset for which you want to track the warranty. 

  3. After selecting the required asset, the asset details page opens up.

  4. Within the asset details page, navigate to the Insights tab.

  5. In the insights page you can look for a section on top left specifically designed for warranty insights. 


For multiple assets:

  1. Access the Reports page.

  2. In the asset section, click on Asset Lifecycle report

  3. Choose the Warranty Expire option and select the relevant filters

  4. You will be able to see the warranty data of multiple assets based on the filters
