Dashboard Overview:
a. After logging in, the first screen that opens is your dashboard.
b. The dashboard provides an overview of your work orders, including those due today, scheduled for today, open work orders, and closed work orders.
c. Quickly assess the status of your work orders from the dashboard, helping you prioritize tasks and monitor progress.
Accessing Work Orders:
To access work orders, locate the bottom panel navigation menu.
Tap on the "Work Order" option to open a new screen displaying a list of work orders.
From this screen, you have the ability to search for and filter requests based on specific criteria.
Click on any work order to look for it’s summary, tasks, and activity
Searching Work orders:
a. To search for a particular work order, use the search bar provided on the screen.
b. Enter the name or relevant keywords associated with the work order you are looking for.
c. The app will display matching results, allowing you to quickly locate the desired work order.
Filtering work orders:
a. To refine your search for work order, utilize the available filter options on the work order screen.
b. You can filter work orders based on categories such as location, subcategory, status, and priority.
c. Select the desired filter criteria to narrow down the list of work orders displayed, making it easier to find specific work orders.
Assets
Accessing Assets:
To access assets, locate the bottom panel navigation menu.
Tap on the "Assets" option to open a new screen displaying a list of your pre-existing assets.
From this screen, you have several options to search and filter assets based on your requirements.
Click on any of the assets to see it’s summary, QR Code, attached files or any associated work requests
Searching Assets:
To search for a specific asset, use the search bar provided on the assets screen.
Enter the name or relevant keywords associated with the asset you are looking for.
The app will display matching results, allowing you to quickly locate the desired asset.
Filtering Assets:
a. To narrow down your asset search, utilize the filter options available on the assets screen.
b. You can filter assets based on categories such as location, subcategory, manufacturer, vendor, and status.
c. Select the desired filter criteria to refine the list of assets displayed, helping you find assets that meet specific criteria.
Requests:
Accessing Requests:
To access work requests, locate the bottom panel navigation menu.
Tap on the "Requests" option to open a new screen displaying a list of your pre-existing work requests.
From this screen, you have the ability to search for and filter requests based on specific criteria.
Click on any work request to look for it’s summary, aligned tasks, and activity

a. To search for a particular work request, use the search bar provided on the requests screen.
b. Enter the name or relevant keywords associated with the work request you are looking for.
c. The app will display matching results, allowing you to quickly locate the desired work request.
Filtering Requests:
a. To refine your search for work requests, utilize the available filter options on the requests screen.
b. You can filter requests based on categories such as location, subcategory, status, and priority.

Creating a New Request:
a. To create a new work request, tap on the "+" symbol located on the top panel.
b. A new page will open, providing fields to fill in the details for the new work request.
c. Enter the necessary information, such as the request name, description, location, priority, etc.
d. After filling in the details, click on the "Create" button on the top panel to create the work request.
Settings
Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the screen.
Look for Account Settings in the new screen that opens up
Click on it and you can change or update basic details associated with your account.
After updating, Click on Save.
