What’s New?

Latest and so the greatest features yet!

Schedule Reports

Staying on top of your metrics should be effortless. With our new Scheduled Reports feature, you can now automate the delivery of selected reports  – energy usage, device reports, device run hours, and log reports – directly to your email. Simply set your preferred schedule – daily, weekly, or monthly – and let the platform do the rest.

New Reports

Asset performance

Keep a tab on the asset performance with metrics like Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures. MTTR measures the average time required to restore an asset to its operational state after a breakdown while MTBF quantifies the average time an asset operates before experiencing a failure.

Asset reliability

Identify your top-performing assets and make informed maintenance decisions using comprehensive information on asset uptime and downtime rates from the time of deployment.

Team performance

Efficiently monitor your team’s ability to complete tasks. Analyze the team or user's performance leveraging metrics such as the number of work orders assigned, finished, pending, completion rate, and on-time completion rates specific to that user or the team.

Maintenance time

Identify the work order categories that consume your team's time and effectively allocate your resources. Keep track of the total and average time spent on work orders according to their category.

Maintenance cost

Keep track of your facility’s maintenance expenses. View the costs incurred for each work order, including labour and parts costs.
