Mapping HVAC Zones

An HVAC zone is a specific area in a building where the HVAC system can be controlled separately from other areas. This means you can set different temperatures for different zones or sections, improving comfort and energy efficiency. 


There are three types of HVAC zones:
1. IR zone     - blue color
2. VRF zone - yellow color
3. VAV zone - red color

View HVAC zone: 

  1. Log in to IQnext.

  2. Go to Settings > IQnext Settings > Device Zone Mapping > HVAC Zone

  1. Building names you have access to, are displayed. 

  2. Click on the desired building and select the floor. You will be navigated to another page.

 

  1. Map of the desired floor is displayed with all zones marked with dashed lines. 

  2. On clicking the desired zone, it will turn green.

  3. On the left panel, names of all the zones are displayed. 


Modify HVAC zone: 

  1. On clicking the desired zone, details will be displayed on the left panel. You may change it, if required. 

  2. Then, click on the Save button.
