Multi Factor Authentication

Multi Factor Authentication

In order to add an extra layer of security, you can turn on multi-factor authentication that will require an OTP(One Time Password) to be entered after the password authentication. This feature proves useful in protection against hackers who may steal valuable company information or alter the workflow.

  1. Log in to IQnext with your credentials.

  2. Go to Settings > Security > MFA.

The MFA can be disabled or enabled by selecting the level under the Current MFA level.

  • It can be turned off for everyone by selecting Not Required from the drop-down menu

  • It can be turned on for Admins Only or All Users by selecting the respective option.

  • Once enabled it will opt users to enter an OTP received at their registered email id during login.

NOTE:
The OTP might take some minutes to receive, so be patient. To be double sure check your spam folder too.
