In order to add an extra layer of security, you can turn on multi-factor authentication that will require an OTP(One Time Password) to be entered after the password authentication.This feature proves useful in protection against hackers who may steal valuable company information or alter the workflow.

Go to Settings > General Settings > Security > MFA.
The MFA can be disabled or enabled by using the edit button, on the bottom right corner.
For Manager, Supervisor and Super Admin, you can select from the three options available by clicking on the radio button.

Disable
Then, click on the button.

IQnext will ask for an OTP for every login attempt irrespective of any device or browser.

If Smart MFA is turned on, IQnext will ask for an OTP only if user is trying to login from a new device or browser.
Disable
IQnext will never ask for OTP while logging in. If system detects a login attempt from a device or browser, a mail will be triggered to the user.
Once enabled it will opt users to enter an OTP received at their registered email id during login.
