Maintenance: How to Create and Manage Work Requests for Admins?
To create and manage work requests as an admin, follow these steps:
For creating requests:
Go to the maintenance page
On the left panel of the maintenance page, you will find an option specifically labeled as "Work Requests." Click on it to proceed.
In this page, you will see a comprehensive list of all the work requests that have been raised.
To create a new work request, click on the "+ Request" button located at the top right corner of the page, a new page will open up, allowing you to enter the required details for the new work request.
Fill in all the necessary information related to the work request
Click on "Save".
For managing requests:
To manage or approve work requests, navigate to the list of work requests available on the Work Requests page.
In the list of work requests, you will be able to view the status of each request, which could be either "Pending" or "Accepted."
Choose any specific work request from the list that you wish to manage or approve.
Upon clicking on a work request, a dialog box will open up displaying all the details associated with that particular request.
Within the dialog box, you will have options to accept, deny, or close the work request. Select the appropriate action based on your desired outcome or decision.
Choose the action that aligns with your intention. This could involve:
Accept: To proceed with the request and create a new work order.
Deny: To not proceed with the request.
