Maintenance: How to create, manage and edit work orders?

Creating, Managing, and Editing Work Orders:

  1. Go to the Maintenance Page.

  2. By default, work orders is the first page that opens up.

  3. Here, you can find a list of work orders displayed in a tabular form, indicating their scheduled status.


Creating a new work order:

  1. To create a new work order, click on the "+ Work Order" button located at the top right corner of the page. 

  2. A new page opens with sections and forms to fill in the details of the new work order.

  3. Ensure that you accurately complete the information and click on "Save."

  4. After saving you can view the newly created work order in the list of orders.


Editing a work order

  1. To edit a specific work order, locate the order from the list and look for a three-dot option displayed on the right side.

  2. Click on it to access a menu with options to view, edit, or delete the order.

  3. Choose the "Edit" option from the menu to modify the work order. 

  4. A new page opens with the work order details pre-filled in the respective fields.

  5. Look for the section or field that requires necessary changes within the same page.

  6. Click on "Save" to save the edited work order.

  7. After saving the edited work order, you can check the list of orders.
