Maintenance: How to add photos to work orders?

Photos can be added to new work orders as well as pre existing work orders.

Adding photos to new work orders:

  1. Go to the Maintenance Page.

  2. By default, work orders is the first page that opens up.

  3. You'll see a list of work orders displayed in a tabular form, indicating their scheduled status.

  4. To create a new work order, click on the "+ Work Order" button on the top right corner of the page. 

  5. A new page with sections and forms to fill in the details of the new work order.

  6. Within the "Basic Details" section, you will find a field designated for uploading images.

  7. Navigate to the location of your desired image file, select it, and click the "Upload" or "Open" button to begin the upload process.


Adding photos to pre existing work orders:

  1. To add photos  to a specific work order, locate the order from the list and look for a three-dot option displayed on the right side.

  2. Click on it to access a menu with options to view, edit, or delete the order.

  3. Choose the "Edit" option from the menu to modify the work order. 

  4. Upon clicking on "Edit," a page will open up with the work order details pre-filled in the respective fields.

  5. Within the "Basic Details" section, you will find the field designated for uploading images.

  6. Upload your desired image.
