Device Reports Integrated in IQnext Intelligence!

Users can now unlock instant AI-powered summaries of a particular device’s performance, status and key metrics via IQnext Intelligence at the click of a button. 




What’s improved? 

Some things have gotten better with time

Open Request Portal Workflows Simplified 

Access the request portal by simply scanning the Asset QR via the mobile app or the phone camera, which automatically identifies the relevant asset/location.  OTP authentication is now enabled via phone number, ensuring a smoother verification experience.

Global Search Bar: Enhanced Alarms

Search smarter and land instantly on the precise alarm by searching the name or ID, without navigating through the entire alarms page. 


What’s fixed? 

Bugs that we have squashed!


  • Report and Widget section data were not consistently displayed with two decimal values, and this has now been corrected to ensure uniform precision across all reports and widgets. 

  • Device connection and gateway connection reports were not displaying data due to an issue.

  • Negative values were auto-filling in the “Once in _ days” field on the Edit Preventive Maintenance page. 

  • Asset and Maintenance system widgets were not being displayed. 

  • Individual configuration was being sent even if iRD was configured. 

  • An issue that allowed non-creator users to edit widgets has now been resolved.

  • The “Send as Email” option was not functioning as expected. 

  • The side panel on the operations page was appearing blank in Safari and iOS browsers. 

Now Available on iOS

The CMMS mobile application is now officially available on iOS, enabling iOS users to access CMMS features on their devices.
