Release Date: 30th July 2026
What’s New?
Latest features on IQnext!
MQTT is a lightweight IoT communication protocol for real-time data exchange between devices and cloud applications.
IQnext now supports MQTT-based device integration. Connect any MQTT-enabled device or sensor to the platform using host, port, username, and password, subscribe to topics, and start ingesting live telemetry alongside your existing building systems.
How it helps
Connect MQTT devices without custom development
Broader compatibility with IoT sensors, meters, and gateways
Real-time data into dashboards, alarms, and analytics
Reduced integration costs by using an industry-standard protocol instead of proprietary interfaces
Scales to thousands of devices across sites
Some things have gotten better with time
Alarm management is now smarter. Each alarm now surfaces its impact, root cause analysis, and suggested corrective actions - so teams can move from detection to resolution faster, without digging through logs or escalating for context.
Users can now log in to IQnext using their phone number and password, in addition to email.
Shared dashboards now auto-sync. When the dashboard owner makes changes, all users with access see the latest version automatically.
