1. When any device meets the criteria of the alarm rule, an alarm is triggered.
2. When the alarm is triggered selected users will get notified.
3. Once the users check the device and mark the alarm as Done, the alarm details gets stored in the alarm history page.

Triggered Alarms page only shows alarms that are in Done status
How to reach Alarm History Page:
1. Click on Alarms icon on the left panel
2. Click on the Alarm History button on the top right corner of table

3. The Alarm history page will open
The data is represented in tabular format, which includes, Alarm ID, Alarm name, Severity, Device type, Devices, Location, Triggers, Alarm Status, Workorder, Workorder status.
Details of the columns are mentioned below:
Alarm ID: A distinct identification of alarms with specific alphabets and numbers
Alarm name: A name assigned to alarms for identification of the scenario
Severity: Severity of the alarm rule
Device type: Device type for which the alarm rule is created
Devices: Total number of devices for which the alarm is triggered for that alarm rule
Location: Location of the device
Triggers: Total number of triggers occurred. If you expand the row, you can also check the number of triggers for each device
Status: To check the status of the alarm
Work order: To create a work order for the particular alarm
Work order status: To check the status of the work ord
4. You can search or filter alarms based on conditions by using the options available in the top left side of the table
5. User can use the page navigation breadcrumbs on the top left side of the page to go back to the Triggered Alarms Page
6. Use the sort button on the header row of the table to sort the table based on any column data
7. Use the table navigation options in the bottom of the table to increase number of entries/ change page.
8. Use the dropdown arrow, next to the alarm id on the parent row, to expand into child rows that contains information of every device trigger.
9. If user wants to see the descriptive details of any alarm trigger, click on the child row which contains the alarm trigger/ device of interest and alarm view page will open with all the details.
