Managing Desks
Adding a Desk
1. Log in to your IQnext account with Administrator Privileges
2. Go to Settings > IQnext Settings > Space > Desks. A modal containing building names will appear.
All the buildings are listed here
3. Select the building > floor for which you want to map Desks
4. Click on Add Desk, Enter the Desk ID and mark the position of the desk on the floor map
5. Click on Link Device, Select the devices as per your preference
NOTE:
Only lighting devices of the same room allowed to be assigned to particular desk
6. Click on Save
Finding a Desk
1. Log in to your IQnext account
2. Go to Map Operation page,
3. Select Building > Floor > Wing
4. Click on search floor map, select Desk, Enter the preferred desk id, list of matching desk ids appears
5. Click the desk id from the list, Now your floor map is focused at the area where the desk is mapped and its highlighted
6. Click on Identify devices and associated device icon will start blinking in the map
