Managing IQnext subscription
Viewing Subscription Details:
Log in to IQnext with the Administrator privileges
Go to Settings > General Settings > Organization Settings > Roles & Permission.
Overview: Subscription management in a B2B SaaS product involves handling customer plans, billing cycles, renewals, upgrades/downgrades, and usage tracking to ensure seamless access, accurate invoicing, and flexibility in scaling based on business needs.
- Plan subscribed for.
- Validity date of the plan
- Details of billing partner, which include org name, email address, location, contact person name and number.
- Billing History, which include handover date and renewal dates.
